We want you to love your MOTHER denim, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original labels and packaging are included.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt to track your return's journey back to our warehouse.
